Riverside’s West Coast Rock School and M15 Concert Bar & Grill in Corona have joined forces to offer Inland Empire music students a complete rock-n-roll music education experience.
WCRS and M15 have created a one-of-a-kind Rock Band class where students ages 7 to 17 can learn to play in a real rock band and practice their “rock star” skills weekly on a professional stage in a real, state of the art, concert club. The immersive curriculum includes music, songwriting, recording, video, promotion and live performance – including a real show in front of a big audience at the M15 Concert Bar & Grill. The most accomplished bands in the program will have the opportunity to open for one of the many national acts performing at the M15 (the roster includes Rick Derringer, Lita Ford, Blue Oyster Cult, Gary Hoey and many more).
West Coast Rock School and M15 will present an Open House on Sunday, December 16th, 2012 at the M15 Concert Bar & Grill in Corona from 2:00 to 6:00 PM. Interested students will get to learn more about the new program and enjoy performances by the West Coast Rock School All-Star Bands. Special one-day program discounts will be available. We’ll be serving complimentary hors d’oeuvres and refreshments and everyone will have the chance to win gift certificates and other cool prizes.
